Introduction
These terms govern your use of the Riplo waitlist website at waitlist.riplo.app.
Use of website
You may use this website for lawful informational purposes and to join the Founding Member waitlist. Do not submit fake businesses, stolen identities, or automated spam.
Waitlist signups
Submitting your business name and email does not create a paid contract or guarantee product access on a specific date. We review signups and may remove spam, fake, or duplicate entries.
Founding Member benefits
Any free months, pricing, or referral rewards described on the Site are waitlist offers for launch. You may share your invite link freely. Extra free months apply only after we verify that referred signups are real local businesses. Benefits are confirmed when Riplo opens, not automatically at signup.
No payments on this Site
This waitlist does not charge cards or run subscriptions. Payment timing, renewals, refunds, and cancellation will be stated in the product Terms and checkout when Riplo opens.
No guarantee of engagement
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee onboarding, a call, a proposal, or a commercial agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, and visuals, is the property of Riplo unless otherwise noted.
Website content
We aim for accuracy but make no warranty that content on this site is complete or error-free. Product screenshots and demos on the Site are illustrative.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riplo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or reliance on waitlist information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Third-party links
We may link to third-party sites (for example Google Maps). Optional Google links you submit are used only to help us understand your business for the waitlist. We are not responsible for the content or practices of external sites.
Governing law
Riplo is not yet a registered company. Until incorporation, these waitlist terms do not claim a specific governing jurisdiction. After we register a legal entity (for example an EU company or a US LLC), we will update this page with the company name, address, and governing law.

How we handle waitlist data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after updates means you accept the revised terms.
